Before diving in, please take a moment to read these straightforward Terms & Conditions. By utilizing our services, you agree to adhere to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

• These Terms & Conditions of the TRNS Print & Canvas Creation Studio govern your access and use of the Services.
• If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you are prohibited from using the Site and must immediately discontinue use.

2. Use of Services

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your filled out information and accountable for all actions taken under your registration.

3. Content you Submit

• You are entirely accountable for any content you provide to the services.
• Each submission is strictly to one file only to avoid website crash. Thus, filling out again will only take a few minutes.
• In essence that the file you submit contains varying elements (e.g different sizes and color category), we suggest that you submit a two different files one at a time.
• You affirm and guarantee that you possess or have obtained all necessary rights to the content you provide and that such material does not breach these terms or any relevant laws or regulations. Making sure it is lawful and not harmful, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate.

4. Liability

• Our services are not liable for any damages caused by errors, oversights, interruptions, flaws, delays, computer viruses, or other technological malfunctions.

5. Ordering & Payment

• Pay through GCash or in advance at our school location.
• A unique code will be given for the advance payment method.

6. Order Pick-up

• Orders placed before 8:00 AM to receive prints within the day. Meanwhile, submission at 8:00 am onwards will be available the next day. Pick-up is available at designated locations. You are responsible for picking up your order at the designated time. If you can't pick up within the timeframe, contact us to reschedule. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged orders not picked up within the specified timeframe.

7. Quality Guarantee

• We strive to provide high-quality prints and offer a 1-hour hiatus process for resemblances or defects.
• On that span, the business will accept messages for file errors/duplicates and require clients to check their inputs and submit their documents with reference numbers provided.

8. Refund Policy

• Refunds are not issued unless the business is liable for damages.
• Requests take 24-48 hours due to verification.
• If a clients pays and the website crashes, they can send a message to official fb page to push through the transaction and print the documents.

9. Pick-Up Confirmation

• Once the customer receives the file, the staff will take a photo and send it to the administrator. Furthermore, the image will be used in the circumstance that the customer affirms that the files was not picked up. This photo will be deleted after a month.
